While no one's popping the champagne just yet, a new Gallup poll indicates that consumer spending may be heading up, just in time for those Black Friday sales. Seems like a good time to hedge your bets on an upswing in holiday spending this year, some of which may be prompted by a gift guide or holiday special section. And as someone who has spent a huge chunk of his life doing the gift guide thing since August, I can assure you that TMS Specialty Products has all the content you need to help woo those consumers and advertisers.
